Klára

Klára is a wedding and event florist, educator and a lifetime learner.

She fell in love with flowers 10 years ago at the Boerma Institute where she started her training in floristry. Since then she attended numerous seminars, events and workshops both in the Czech Republic and abroad, where is both, hones her floristry skills and taking inspiration for her own classes and workshops.

Klára is an sought after wedding florist in Moravia with her 200 + weddings she prepared flowers and decorations for. She believes her calling is to bring joy and beauty to people's lives through flowers.

Valentine

Valentine Svihalek is a Belgian-American visual artist, international educator, and founder & director of Art Connect Society and SafeSpaces.Art. After the birth of her first child in a Czech village where she spoke a different language, she felt isolated. Supported by the Artist Residency in Motherhood Program, she developed an artmaking process that liberates expressive energy and builds connection.

With over 20 years of teaching, mentoring, and coaching experience, graduate studies in philosophy and teaching, literacy, and culture in San Diego, and mentorship from American multimedia artist Isadora Stowe Jackson, Valentine established a strong foundation for her creative practice. She is currently pursuing her M.A. in Art Therapy at Metàfora, Barcelona.

Her work has been shown in galleries and cafés across Europe, including the Jewish Museum Prague and CA Gallery Bratislava, and she was longlisted for the Women United Art Prize. She is a member of Spilt Milk Gallery, AQ Society, Create, VA Gallery, and the Artist-Mother Network.
